At APM Monaco, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original condition. All returns must be accompanied by the original packaging and a proof of purchase to ensure a seamless refund or exchange process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your APM Monaco account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your jewelry in its original signature box and protective packaging to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all tags remain attached.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location or an APM Monaco boutique.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality assurance team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
